Challenge

Event planners currently waste hours messaging individual venues on Facebook or conducting walk-in visits because pricing and availability information is hidden or scattered . At the same time, venue owners struggle with manual inquiry management, which often leads to slow response times, schedule conflicts, and double bookings

Solution

EVenue provides a centralized web platform that allows clients to easily discover venues, filter options by capacity and budget, and view completely transparent pricing. The system also features a real-time availability calendar and a standardized one-click inquiry workflow to prevent overlapping reservations and streamline the entire booking process
